Purpose of the website
HEEM SPORTS presents product ranges and receives enquiries for custom work. It is not an online retail store. Viewing a product, preparing an enquiry or sending an email does not place an order or create an accepted manufacturing agreement.
Quotations on demand
Prices are quoted individually after requirements are reviewed. No displayed concept has a fixed retail price. A quotation should state its scope, currency, validity, quantity, specification and applicable charges. Changes to requirements may require a revised quotation.
Availability and imagery
Images illustrate design directions and may be digitally generated. They are not proof of completed orders, stock, a specific facility or client work. Material, construction, colour and availability must be confirmed for the requested project. Screen colours and visual proportions may differ from physical products.
Samples, quantities and approval
Sample availability, charges, minimum quantities, sizing, artwork, materials and approval steps are agreed separately in writing. There is no universal minimum order or automatic sample credit promised on this website.
Timing, delivery and payment
Production estimates, dispatch arrangements, destination, shipping charges, import duties or taxes and responsibility for those charges must be stated in the written quotation or agreement. No guaranteed delivery date, free shipping or payment schedule is offered by this website. No payment is collected here.
Artwork and permissions
Only send artwork, trademarks or reference material that you are authorised to share and use. Permission to manufacture or reproduce a design must be agreed before production. Site branding and images should not be represented as your own.
Product use and safety
No safety, protective, medical or regulatory certification is implied by a category name or image. Specify the intended use and any testing or compliance requirement in the enquiry. Suitability and any necessary evidence must be agreed for the proposed product.
Order-specific terms
Cancellation, changes, defects, remedies, liability, governing law and dispute arrangements are matters for the written order agreement and applicable law. This page does not override mandatory rights or establish unagreed order conditions.
